Naval Academy Museum Presentation
On Friday, 13 April, 2007, Ted Davis (Class of ’47) and Steve Cuff presented a Phase 1 model of the Albacore to the Naval Academy Museum during a gathering of members of the Class of ’47. Steve was introduced by Ted as the commissioning and early trials problem solver. Steve in turn told of the model and its background.
The Chief of Staff to the Commandant of Midshipmen spoke of the significance of the Class of 47’s contributions to the Cold War and its importance to the Midshipman and history.
